Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.
Please contact us at Customrosetrend@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered if a replacement is not possible for a damaged or defective item.
Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
We do not provide refunds for shipping delays outside of our control (postal service, customs, or natural events).
